humanities inspired, visual storyteller

The camera enables me to engage with characters, real or fictional, and gain an insight into their humanity to better understand what connects us all as humans; using still and moving images to capture the many personalities and characters I meet.

Giuliana was born in Rhode Island and raised bicoastal between there and Los Angeles. She graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with a BFA in photography, and with additional training in acting and performance studies from Brown University. Since graduating, she has worked on both sides of the camera as a set photographer and in creative development, as well as performance roles. Her most recent work has been guest starring on American Bikini (Amazon Prime Video worldwide) and completing her short film Disquiet, a psychological drama, based on an original poem that portrays a woman's struggle with anxiety. Disquiet will premiere at the Academy Award Qualifying - LA Shorts Fest and is in consideration at other festivals.

Giuliana is currently an assistant director and video editor for the play Oracles and Miracles at the Hollywood Fringe Fest. She is also working as a co-writer to develop her tv series, Alexandra, which was a semi-finalist at the Sundance Institute - New Voices Lab, and is in post-production for a proof of concept short-form comedic web series, On The Scene, that she co-wrote and directed with fellow Groundlings classmates.
